This has been an unusual day. Here are some for instances of why:
1. Prince William and Kate Middleton announced their engagement.
2.The Beatles and Apple reached an agreement to put the Beatles catalogue on I-Tunes for download.
3. Ground was broken on the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Center on SMU’s campus in Dallas.
4. President Obama bestowed the Medal of Honor on the first living recipient since the 1970s.
5. My siblings, their spouses and my nieces and nephews all celebrated my mother’s birthday with her belatedly ( not all together but all in two groups) as she had just gotten back from a trip.
